How can I get started?
Call or email us to arrange an Initial Consultation (up to 45 minutes). Appropriate recommendations will be made regarding further services. All aspects of our services that apply to your inquiry will be explained and offered to you. Information shared will remain confidential and private whether or not you decide to work with us.
What if I am not located in your immediate service area but would like to work with you?
We offer telepracticing for Speech and Language therapy, in addition to teleconferences for Corporate Speech Training and Oral Image Consulting services. If you have access to a web cam or Skype, we can communicate and provide you with our services!
What are your fees for services rendered?
A schedule of our fees for services will be available upon our initial consultation. All fees are due at the time the service has been rendered or at the end of the therapy week. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash and/or check. We do not accept Credit Card payments at this time.
Do you accept Medicaid or bill for Insurance?
We do not provide direct insurance billing. We are happy to provide you with the appropriate paperwork and receipts for services that contain the relevant diagnosis and treatment codes (super bills). Some insurance companies require documentation regarding speech therapy services and we routinely will provide assessment and updated progress notes as requested by insurance companies.
